1. About Everyday Faith
Everyday Faith offers Bible verses, prayers, reflections, and practical encouragement for everyday situations. Scripture quotations are from the public-domain King James Version unless otherwise stated.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, protect your password, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
3. Spiritual guidance—not professional care
Everyday Faith does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice. It does not diagnose conditions, create a professional-client relationship, or replace a qualified pastor, counselor, physician, lawyer, financial professional, or emergency service. Use your judgment and seek qualified help when appropriate.
4. Emergencies and safety
Do not use Everyday Faith as an emergency or crisis service. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource now. Prayer and Scripture can support responsible action; they should not delay urgent help.
5. Your words and shared content
The prayer-search text you enter is processed in your browser and is not saved to your member profile by Everyday Faith. If you choose to share a prayer or verse, you are responsible for reviewing the generated card and caption before posting. Social networks and device-sharing services apply their own terms and privacy practices.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, collect other users’ information, distribute malware, impersonate another person, or use the service in a way that violates law or harms others.
7. Ownership
Everyday Faith’s design, original text, branding, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a personal, limited, nonexclusive right to use the service. They do not transfer ownership. Public-domain Scripture remains public domain.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may revise these Terms when needed. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date or version, and members may be asked to accept updated Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
9. Account suspension or termination
We may restrict or end access when an account violates these Terms, creates security risk, or exposes others or the service to harm. You may stop using Everyday Faith and sign out at any time.
10. Disclaimers
Everyday Faith is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not promise that every verse, reflection, prayer, or feature will be complete, error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every circumstance. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everyday Faith and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited only as far as applicable law permits. Consumer rights that cannot be waived remain in effect.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains what account information is collected and how it is used. The Privacy Notice is incorporated into these Terms.
13. General terms
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. Applicable consumer-protection and governing-law rules remain subject to the law that applies in your location and the location from which Everyday Faith is operated.
